Find Factories does not act as a buying agent, trader, or intermediary and does not participate in sampling, production, quality control, logistics, or payments.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for apparel & lifestyle brands, retailers, buying houses, and export manufacturers. Users must be legally authorized to represent their organization.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Access to factory data and filters is available through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Factory Information & Accuracy

Factory profiles are based on information provided by factories or public sources. Find Factories does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Buyers must perform independent verification and audits.

5. No Guarantee or Endorsement

Listing on the Platform does not imply endorsement or certification. Find Factories does not guarantee business outcomes, order placements, or performance.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Platform responsibly, not misuse data, not share credentials, and maintain confidentiality. Misuse may result in termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, layout, and database structure belongs to Find Factories and cannot be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Find Factories shall not be liable for losses, disputes, delays, or damages arising from interactions between buyers and factories.

9. Termination

Find Factories reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violation. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall be Indian courts.
