Natural Materials 100% Organic cotton fabrics & yarns Optional natural fibres: jute, wool, silk, hemp, linen Medicinal herbs, plants, roots, bark, flowers & seeds Zero-Waste, Chemical-Free Philosophy Cotton fibres or hand-spun threads are hand-dyed, triple-washed, and air-dried in the shade. Our process eliminates pollutants and preserves the therapeutic qualities of herbs. Dyeing & Finishing Process 1. Natural Bleaching Using sunlight, soap nut, and medicinal grasses to remove impurities. 2. Ayurvedic Kashayam Preparation Herbal concoctions are prepared based on colour requirements. Medicinal plants impart natural colour and wellness properties. 3. Herbal Dyeing Plants such as neem, turmeric, tulasi, vetiver, pomegranate, indigo, annatto, and sapan wood are immersed directly into dye baths to preserve bioactive qualities. 4. Washing & Finishing Treated with pure water and natural surfactants to remove unfixed dyes. 5. Softening Natural oils such as coconut oil and castor oil are used for comfort. 6. Shade Drying & Fixation Fabrics are shade-dried and rested for weeks for long-lasting colour fixation. Handloom Craftsmanship Dyed threads are woven by hand on traditional looms, without machinery or electricity. Skilled artisans from rural villages create fabrics that carry warmth, character, and healing properties embedded through hand weaving.
